Return & exchange policy
We do everyhing to make OAT AVA customers happy.
If you are dissatisfied with your order or the products don't fit, you can return them to us. Returns must be announced to us within 7 days and send back within 14 days of receiving your order. You assume shipping costs, unless we've made a mistake or the item is faulty. Please use a shipping service that provides tracking, proof of delivery or shipping insurance. After receiving your return, we refund the full amount. We don't refund the original shipping cost! Products must be returned in unused, unwashed and unworn condition with all original tags and packaging included.
Please note, we do not accept liability for shipping loss or international duties and taxes.
